Prayer Request for Damascus

The burden against Damascus.

“Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city,
And it will be a ruinous heap. …” — Isaiah 17:1 (NKJV)

Hi again, everyone. As I was thinking about the Iranian attack on Israel just now, I got thinking about the prophecy concerning the city of Damascus, Syria in Isaiah 17. No one can say with 100% certainty of course, but it could be possible that we are VERY close to seeing the fulfillment of that prophecy. While there certainly are parts of Damascus that are in bad shape, there are parts of the city that are still habitable. There are still people living in Damascus right now, and if Isaiah 17 is on the horizon, we DEFINITELY need to remember these people in our prayers. Please pray for the safety of all our precious brothers and sisters in Christ who are in Damascus right now, and please, PLEASE remember those in Damascus, and those EVERYWHERE, who are not yet saved, that they repent of their unbelief and come to faith in Christ ASAP. Please pray for the TRUE gospel of grace to go out, to everyone in Damascus and all over the world. (It’s VITAL to pray for this because the vast majority of even evangelical Christians preach a subtly false gospel of 99% grace and 1% works, which is STILL a VERY DANGEROUS FALSE GOSPEL THAT CAN GET PEOPLE DAMNED FOR ALL ETERNITY!) Please pray for those who are in the most danger, those who are older and/or disabled. Please also pray for all animals, not just in Damascus, but everywhere, who are in danger because of war or natural disasters or whatever reason. The animals need and deserve our love and prayers, too. Thank you all very much for stopping by. Much love to you all, and God bless.

Please keep everyone struggling with suicidal thoughts in your prayers, and if you’re in the U.S. and you know someone who is suicidal, please share this vital number with them of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255 or simply dial 988.
